Enrollment Instructions

1. We encourage every prospective family to call and chat first! 617-855-9253
2. Pick out a week(s) that fits your summer schedule
3. Download, Print, and Fill Out the Enrollment Form and the Participant Agreement
4. Make a deposit check out to: Water Monkey Camp, LLC for $500 per week
5. Mail the deposit check and two forms to:
   Water Monkey Camp, 56 North Shore Road, New Durham, NH 03855
6. We will send an e-mail confirmation of your camp enrollment and you are all set!
